Our Commitment
TriCore Partners is committed to ensuring that our website and digital platform are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to information and functionality, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our digital presence.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Measures Taken
We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the platform
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Consistent navigation and page structure
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices
- Form labels and input descriptions for assistive technologies
- Focus indicators for keyboard users
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of our platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues. Known areas for improvement include:
- Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Complex interactive elements (assessment forms, profile editors) may have limited screen reader support
We are committed to addressing these limitations progressively.
